CHIMISTONE NILF
Detergent and wetting agent with low foam specially designed for scouring, bleaching of cotton and its blends in exhaust process including jet machine. CHIMISTONE NILF also appropriate for removing grease and oil stains.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
•  CHIMISTONE NILF is not sensitive to pH or temperature changes maintaining the same properties in different conditions.
•  It offers very good rewetting properties to treated fabrics.
•  De-sizing by exhaustion or padding methods.
•  Cellulosic fibre scouring and bleaching by exhaust processes.
•  Washing off process of reactive dyeing and prints.
•  De-greasing and de-staining of synthetic fibres in exhaustion and continuous process.
•  Suitable as a wetting agent in de-sizing.

De-sizing;
CHIMISTONE NILF is compatible with all the usual de-sizing agents. It is therefore well suited as a wetting agent in the de-sizing bath where the goods normally entered in a dry state.
For continuous method;
1-3 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF
For exhaustion (overflow, Jig or winch);
0.5-2.0 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF
Scouring and Boiling off cotton;
Piece goods or yarn on the jig, package machine etc .
CHIMISTONE NILF effect immediate wetting of the goods with the alkaline
Liquor and accelerates the boiling off process, fats, waxes and other
Impurities are suspended in, and easily remove by the subsequent
Rinses, Boiled off with CHIMISTONE NILF , are clean and extremely absorbent.
Recommended addition;
0.2-0.4 % CHIMISTONE NILF calculated on the weight of material.
EXHAUSTION PROCESS :
Grey Cotton Scouring and Bleaching
A: Recipe for Scouring in Jigger etc.
2-4 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF
0.5-2 g/l Chimical 540
15-20cc/l Caustic soda 48ºBé
0.5-1.5 cc/l Hydrogen peroxide 200 vol.

The bath is prepared at 50 ° c and heated to 98 ° C over 60-90 minutes.
B: Recipe for Bleaching in Jigger etc.
2- 4 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF
1-2 cc/l Chimistab FG
0.5 g/l Chimical 540
4-6 cc/l Caustic soda 48ºBé
8-12cc/l Hydrogen peroxide 200 vol.
The bath is prepared at 50 ° c and heated to 98 ° C over 30-60 minutes
C: Recipe for Bleaching in Winches/Jet Machine etc.
0.5-1.5 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF
0.5-1cc/l Chimistab FG
0.5-2cc/l Chimical 540
1.5-2.5gm/l Caustic soda
3.5-5 cc/l Hydrogen peroxide 200 vol.

The bath is prepared at 50 ° c and heated to 98 ° C over 30-60 minutes or to 110 ° C over 15-20 minutes
D: Washing off Reactive Dyeings and Prints on Cellulosic fibres and their blends.
Soaping of Dyeings : 0.5-2.0 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF (In exhaust or continuous method)
Soaping of Prints ; 0.5-1.0 g/l CHIMISTONE NILF
Hard water hinders soaping of dyeings and prints produced with reactive dyes. Best result obtained by preventing re-deposition and removing hydrolised reactive dyestuff adding 0.5 g/l Chimisperse FA (Dispersing and Sequestering agent)
Along with CHIMISTONE NILF

E: Synthetic Fibre Degreasing :

1 – 2 gr./l. CHIMISTONE NILF 2 – 3 gr./l. Soda Ash
0,5 gr./l. Chimisperse FA (Dispersing and Sequestering agent)
Detergent / Wetting agent specially indicate for scouring and bleaching cotton and it's blends in semi-continuous and continuous processes. It's special excellent properties of stability in strong alkaline bath.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
•  Bleaching by Cold Pad Batch, even with high concentrations of Caustic Soda.
•  Cellulose and it's blends scouring in Pad-Steam Process.
•  Cellulose and it's blends bleaching In Pad-Steam.
•  It is also adequate for Jigger processes.
