Properties

BEKSOFT K is cationic softener used for
cotton, viscon, wool and their blends and also an avivage agent having
anti-static property.

BEKSOFT K gives soft and slippery touch to the
fabric.

BEKSOFT K maximizes dye fastness in softening
and finishing processes after dyeing as creating a film layer on the fabric
surface.

BEKSOFT K can be used in the same bath with
all type of cationic and non-ionic materials, but not compatible with anionic
ones.

BEKSOFT K reduces pilling, increases softness,
crease resistance and dye-cleaning resistance of the fabric and prevents
electrification.
Application
BEKSOFT
K is a cationic softener used for softening process of
cotton, silk, wool, akrilic, polyamide, polyester and their blends can also be
used in avivage and finishing processes.
Usage
BEKSOFT
K can easily be applied in foulard and exhaustion
methods. It must be noted that the pH of the bath must be 5 - 5,5 adjusted with
dilued acetic acid.
Exhaustion method;
For cotton and cotton blends, supreme fabric:

When exracting the softener from the fabric;
The softening agent is extracted from the
fabric or yarn as running the process in a bath containing 5 ml/l of formic
acid for 30 minutes with temperature of 60 C . Then the applications for correction of
poor dyeing and abrasions begin.
Storage Life : Original package and normal temperature 1 year
